Exercises you can do to give yourself a facelift

We all want to have flawless and elastic skin but this is hard to maintain. Pollution, poor food, or just bad genes make us have wrinkles and “not so perfect” skin, so we need to work to solve this issue. Plastic surgeries are not always a good option, not to mention that many people believe that this should be the last solution for an extreme situation. Considering this, what can you do to give yourself a facelift? Exercises, of course!

  • Laugh. Yes, laughing is one of the best exercises for your face and you work all the muscles by doing this. You might not have reasons to laugh for minutes every day, but you can force yourself to do this while looking in the mirror, for at least 10 minutes every day. It will have a great effect over your mind and over the muscles beneath your skin.
  • Show your teeth. And not in a subtle, nice way. Stand in front of the mirror and open your mouth, raise your lips and pull back your tongue until all your teeth are exposed. It might look funny but it is also extremely beneficial for the muscles around your mouth and nose.
  • Raise your eyebrows. Do this for at least 5 minutes every day to work the small muscles around your forehead and to prevent wrinkles in that area.

While exercises can be useful, remember that you also have to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle if you want to have a great skin for a long time. Choose the right products for your skin and use them daily, and you will see the results.
