Cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight and tone your body in a short time. If you are not an active person in general, you will be surprised to see that cardio is not difficult at all, as soon as you get used to the effort. Women want to get a slimmer waist and lean muscles, and these exercises can provide all this and much more:

  • Jumping Jacks. One of the most effective Cardio exercises is Jumping Jacks. First of all, it is so easy that you don’t need to be a Cardio guru to do it; actually you can learn to do them correctly in the first two minutes. After a few repetitions, you will feel that your muscles are burning. This is good; just don’t overdo it during the first week. You will see amazing results after only a few weeks. And you can even do it in your own home!
  • Dancing. Exercise is supposed to be fun not something that you HAVE to do. To have fun and tone your body at the same time, dance! 15 minutes of dancing to a peppy song every day can count for a great Cardio routine…and you will not even feel like you are exercising. Gather your friends and work out together for more fun!
  • Jump Rope. You’ve known how to do this since you were a child, but you don’t know how effective this exercise actually is. It will work on every muscle in your body and you will feel your entire body sore the second day. The good news is that it will give you toned, elegant arms and amazing legs and abdomen!
